 Oakwater Resort Oakwater is a recently completed resort that consists of townhouses and is a great find for those investors who are looking to pick up a great deal in a property under 100k that can pay for itself in the short term and has exceptional long term upside. The town houses in Oakwater are very nicely designed with each unit getting it’s own single car garage – a very rare additional benefit for vacation home townhouses. They come in both two and three bedroom units and it’s proximity to Disney World make this an all round gem of a find. Adding to the package is the clubhouse and pool area, you will not be disappointed with this facility either inside or out as it has all the amenities you’d expect from the more popular Kissimmee resorts including a very spacious fitness center. The large pool area is very spacious and is extremely well kept. The additions of the kids play area and water park is an very nice touch and summarizes the lengths the resort has gone to make this an expectational development for both owner and visitor. It’s hard to find anything negative about Oakwater in fact if you’ll looking for one of the best deals at one of the nicest locations in the lower price bracket – I’m not sure you can do any better than this resort.
