Solana is one of those resorts that perhaps does get the exposure and fanfare of the main resorts – but is really a hidden gem.
The clubhouse and pool area are very well designed and have all the amenities you’d come to expect from a well designed and upper class resort. It also has an on-site property management company which is a great plus for those entering the Short term rental business and although not mandatory – it’s nice to be able to visit with them on location.
The Mediterranean style design and architecture and the red tiled roofs show that much thought has been put into giving this resort it’s own identity – and the developer has certainly accomplished that here.
Solana has also had several upgrades of the past few years with improvements throughout the community and the clubhouse and surrounding grounds. Its looking about as good as it did now when it was brand new – one of the strong benefits of having an active and conscientious home owner association.
High marks go to Solana for having the individual feel and if it’s a home your looking for more as a long term investment than a money generating short term business then two thumbs up go to Solana.
Property is still very well priced at this location and you’d be doing yourself a great favor to add this resort to your short list of quality options for your long term Florida home.
2017 sees Solana as a very price friendly location with exceptional value as a full service resort.
