With a large selection of townhomes it’s one of the very few locations where you can get a 5 bedroom townhouse villa with a private pool for under 200k. They way the town houses have been built lends more overall feeling of being in a sleepy Italian village rather than 6 miles from the gates on Disney’s Magic Kingdom – something of a delight in this area. The resort also features single family homes which also have the tiled red roof finish that give the resort that distinctive Tuscan feel and should be considered as a great option for a quieter resort and one with great character if you’re on the lookout for a home.  Tuscan Hills Townhouse The clubhouse is beautifully designed and unlike nearly all of the other resorts in this genre – has no community pool. A fact that actually enhances the resort and it’s ambience – and since all homes have their own pool something that actually can be considered a positive, especially when it comes to paying the HOA fees. Overall this is a great resort, if it’s something a little different at a great price your on the lookout for then this wee gem is the place for you and should not be overlooked in the mid rage price for single family homes or a great option for a quality town home with a private pool. |
