 Venetian Bay Resort Very much like it’s sister property – The Villas at Seven Dwarfs – I was pleasantly surprised by the resort. It’s not quite the scale of 7 Dwarfs but equally as elegant and attractive as an investment. The club house is well equipped with reception, games room, internet access and fitness center. Outside you will find tennis volleyball and basketball courts. The gate is manned and the added comfort of 24 hour security can only add to the promising option the resort has as a STR investment possibility. An almost old world European feel of a pleasant ambiance and calm, the townhouses are well laid out and come as 3 and 4 bedrooms. It’s not the closest resort to the parks and attractions but it’s certainly not outside the comfort zone that we consider may be detrimental to bookings so location is not a problem for this resort. This resort will rent out well and you can expect a positive return on an annual basis and you can expect a very decent rate of appreciation when properties begin to rise once again. Add it as a potential suitor for investments under 100k. Call for updated fees and available pricing. I may also have recent video on many of the available properties for viewing.
