Solara is one of those resorts that perhaps does get the exposure and fanfare of the main resorts – but is really a hidden gem.
The Mediterranean style design and architecture and the red tiled roofs show that much thought has been put into giving this resort it’s own identity.
Solara has also had several upgrades of the past few years with improvements throughout the community and the clubhouse and surrounding grounds. Its looking about as good as it did now when it was brand new – one of the strong benefits of having an active and conscientious home owner association.
High marks go to Solara for having the individual feel and if it’s a home your looking for more as a long term investment than a money generating short term business then two thumbs up go to Solara.
Property is still very well priced at this location and you’d be doing yourself a great favor to add this resort to your short list of quality options for your long term Florida home. Solara is a very price friendly location with exceptional value as a full service resort.
