It’s main feature is a stunning clubhouse and facility package,with large community pool, waterslides and lots of sun deck area. It also contains an arcade and fitness center and is centrally located to all townhouses have equal access. Tennis and Pickelball courts are also available for guests.

Guests and owners love the location, a few minutes walk from one of the well known activity locations in the “Old Town” entertainment area and is very close to the shops and restaurant of 192 and a 15 minute drive to the Disney property and the resort parks.

The units were built in two distinctively different phases, the older homes were build to a similar floor plan as Regal Palms resort but was never completed during this phase. European resort entity “Club la Costa” purchased the remaining land and finished off the resort by building the clubhouse and redesigning the floor plans to create a new Regal Oaks townhouse design. Many buyers agree that the new “CLC” design is the more preferable. Those units can be found mostly to the east and south of the clubhouse.

Regal Oaks does have in house property management but is not mandatory so owners have the choice to use them or select their own independent management company.
