About Jerry
Jerry arrived in Florida from Scotland, UK 1989 to begin work as a professional cruise ship photographer and decided Florida is where he wanted to live. After a decade traveling the world he eventually landed back in Florida and to real estate.
Jerry formed the Jerry Barker Group in 2009 to specialize in vacation home investment properties in the Orlando / Disney vacation rental market and put together a team of partners and associates that he could rely on to provide the very best service to our clients.

About Alyssa
Alyssa was born in New Haven, Connecticut and moved to Florida with her parents as a child.
Alyssa’s love for medical research took her through collage and a medical degree at the prestigious University of Miami medical school from where she holds a PhD in Neuroscience.
Alyssa joined Jerry shortly after he formed the Jerry Barker Group to help with the growing business and now runs the listing sales division of the Jerry Barker Group as well as being the Real Estate Broker of the company.
One day she hopes to return to medical research but for now she puts her intellectual skills into guiding property owners through the sales process with her unique listing roadmap.
Alyssa was awarded the prestigious “Diamond” club award from Orlando Regional Realtor Association. An award given to only the top 1% of all agents in central Florida for her work as a listing agent and broker. She annually features as one of Orlando’s top listing agents and is trusted with many of the most prestigious vacation homes along with homes of every size and location.
