Windsor Hills single family homes come in 4,5 and 6 bedroom homes.

There are 4 different floor plans, one four bed “The Sheldon”.
Two Five beds, “The Seville” and “The Spencer II”.
The “Spencer” has a kitchen at the back of the home and the “Seville” at the front. They are easy to distinguish because the “Seville” has a hex shape at one side of the front elevation where the kitchen is.
The Spencer tends to be more popular because parents prefer a direct line of sight to the pool from the kitchen.

There is only one 6 bedroom floor plan, “The Brentwood”. There are three different elevations of The Brentwood so they may look different at the front but will be the same inside.

Windsor Hills is split into two halves, phase 1 is on the east closest to the clubhouse, phase 2 to the west. It is easy to see where the separation is because phase 2 homes all have red tile roofs as opposed to grey shingle on Phase 1.
