Golden Oak began development in 2010 as a luxury residential community within Walt Disney World Resort and park area. The design of the community was created by the Walt Disney “imagineers”, the team who design the Disney parks to compliment the standards of creativity within Walt Disney world and offers a selected few owners the opportunity to own real estate with the confines of Disney controlled land.

Fireworks from the Magic Kingdom can be seen and heard nightly from all homes. A small creek and multiple lakes throughout Golden Oak allow for many lakefront homes. An owner clubhouse with community pool, game room, upscale restaurant provides a unique setting for resident social gatherings. Many celebrities own primary or second homes in the Golden Oak community.

In conjunction with Golden Oak, Disney also agreed to have a five-star Four Season Hotel as part of the development adding an additional layer of service to the Golden Oak development.
