5. Eagle Trace
Eagle trace is one of only two townhouse villages in Reunion, it is also the newest. Overlooking the Jack Nicklaus driving range this excellent location is a chip away from the Jack Nicklaus Traditions restaurant and clubhouse. Offering 3 & 4 bedroom units, these spacious properties offer a great option for those looking to own in Reunion but do not need a larger home.

13. Carriage Pointe
Carriage Pointe is the original townhouse village that sits just outside the main resort in its own gated community. Many of the units look directly onto the 17th hole of the Tom Watson signature course with the remaining units backing onto conservation to the east.
5 units to a block with 2×4 bedroom units bookend the 3×3 in the middle.
