Spectrum Condos (#9 on Reunion Map)
Spectrum offers a modern twist to the traditional Reunion condo program offering 3, 4 and 5 bedroom condos with a private clubhouse and pool. One of the original condo communities, Reunion Square offers 3 bedroom condos, many with golf views of the 15th and 16th holes of the Tom Watson course.
The location houses two of its own community pools along with close proximity to the main water park and lazy river.

The Villas (#11 on Reunion Map)
The Villas sit at the center of the resort with easy access to all amenities including a pool and play park dedicated to The Villas residents and offers 3 bedroom condos. Units have mostly conservation views with property on the north east side having views of the 14th hole of the Tom Watson course.

Seven Eagles (#15 on Reunion Map)
The Seven Eagles condos have some of the most spectacular views of the Arnold Palmer golf course. 1 & 3 bedroom units are available with the end units offering a “townhouse” up and down configuration. The Seven Eagles clubhouse is one of the largest after the main water park and houses a gymnasium, video arcade and Tikki bar. Seven Eagles is also the closest village to the Reunion Grande.

Center Court Ridge is tennis central at Reunion where the tennis courts & pro shop is located. It also has its own private pool and miniature golf course.

Heritage Crossing (#18 on Reunion Map)
Heritage Crossing offers smaller 3-bedroom condos with golf course views of the 11th – 14th holes of the Arnold Palmer golf course. It has its own resident pool area and is situated next to the south security gate which provides easy access to restaurants and shops and a Publix Grocery store to the south. Heritage Crossing is generally among the more affordable condo options in Reunion.

The Terraces & The Crescent (#19 on Reunion Map)
Originally built as “The Terraces” a 3 bedroom condo product. “The Crescent” has been added to complete the unfinished section of The Terraces. One of the attractions of The Terraces is that the units come with a one car garage, which is popular for those that want to house a vehicle or additional storage for the property.
The location has a nice private residents pool area and houses the only full-size lap pool in Reunion.
