14. Homestead (Medium Size Homes)
Homestead is one of the larger villages in Reunion, it splits into two distinctive styles. The smaller more “street” like homes of the west close to the Reunion Grande have some golf course view of the Tom Watson 1st hole to the west and 9th hole to the south. Most homes are 3-5 bedroom pool homes.

14. Homestead (Larger Size Homes)
The larger homes in Homestead are to the north and east as they wrap around the 3rd – 8th holes of the Watson course. Some larger 55′ lots have been combined to 110′ in several locations to allow for larger homes and those can be predominantly found along Gathering Drive where it is common to see 8 or 9 bedroom homes.
