7. Masters Landing
Masters Landing has become a very popular location to combine the standard 35′ lots into a larger 70′ footprint to allow the creation of larger homes – most prominently along the 16th hole of the Jack Nicklaus course as it wraps around the dogleg to the south. Masters Landing also offers one of the few pond view locations for those who may prefer water to golf course.
