3. Fairway Ridge North (Desert Mountain Court)
Desert Mountain Court is the northern section of Fairway Ridge and offers views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course on the east and west sides with conservation on the south west side. Standard lot sizes are 35′ and some have been combined to offer 70′ wide homes. Regarded as one of the quietest streets in Reunion for ambient noise.

Castle Pines Court is the southern section of Fairway Ridge and offers views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course on both the east and west sides with just a few conservation on the south west tip. Standard lot sizes are 35′ and some have been combined to offer 70′ wide homes.
