History

Reunion Resort is a planned resort and country club designed by visionary Bobby Ginn that broke ground in 2001.
Ginn’s vision was for over 6,200 homes, including single-family estate homes, multi-bedroom luxury villas, townhomes, and condos across 20 distinctly designed villages.
Reunion features 3 signature golf courses, designed by Jack Nicklaus (completed 2007), Tom Watson, and Arnold Palmer (completed 2004). The main waterpark consisted of a main adult pool, a lazy river and a children’s water park, located centrally within the resort. Several additional satellite pool and leisure facilities were also added to accommodate each village.
In 2007 the Reunion Grande Hotel was completed, adding 82 individual luxury condos. The Grande houses the rooftop restaurant Eleven, the 7593 Chophouse, a lobby sushi bar, Starbucks coffee, a gift shop and event/meeting spaces.

It is situated at the junction of Interstate 4 and Highway 429, making it very accessible from all directions.

Water Park: Includes a zero-entry pool, a 1,000-foot lazy river, water slides, a kids’ splash play area, private cabanas, and poolside dining.

Reunion boasts three world class golf courses, designed by Arnold Palmer “The Legacy”, Tom Watson “The Independence”, and Jack Nicklaus “The Tradition”, two driving ranges, one at the Nicklaus clubhouse and one at the Watson / Palmer clubhouse. The Tradition has its own clubhouse and restaurant and the Watson and Palmer share share a clubhouse and restaurant which also features David Leadbetter Golfzon Golf Academy. Dining

Eleven: Located on the 11th floor rooftop of the Reunion Grande, this glamorous indoor/outdoor lounge and restaurant offers handcrafted cocktails, small plates, a full dinner menu, panoramic views, and a vantage point to watch distant Disney fireworks.
Traditions: Located inside the Nicklaus Clubhouse is a casual American style restaurant and sports bar.
7593 Chophouse: Located in the ground floor of the Reunion Grande, offers fresh seafood and steaks and an extensive wine list and signature cocktail menu.
There are several additional casual eating options including “Drifters” at the water park, a sushi bar in the Grande hotel lobby and a full service menu in the Watson / Palmer clubhouse.

Security

Reunion has three manned gated security entrances and one electronically gated entrance.
The main security office is situated in the Reunion Grande Hotel. The community has continuous mobile security that patrols the resort 24 hours a day.

Zoning

Reunion is zoned for short term rental, does not have any deed restrictions on length of stay and does have an HOA and a membership club.

There are no deed restrictions on length of stay, so owners can rent short term, rent long term or live full time.

What are the HOA and CDD fees?

Does Reunion Resort have a separate membership?

Yes. Membership is not mandatory but owners who did not take membership on a home will no longer be able to get membership in the future, nor can a new owner get membership should they buy a home without membership.
