Approximately 800 homes will be build at Windsor Cay Resort with bedroom counts from 5 bed vacation homes up to the 10-bed “Clearwater Grand”.
The base homes come well appointed and builder Pulte offer a series of upgrades ranging from luxury vinyl plank to full built-in Bar-B-Que for the best in vacation home outdoor living. All homes come with quality appliances and a screened pool – many with a hot tub spa.
There will also be the 5-bedroom “Castaway” floor plan townhouses. Each townhouse comes with an oversized splash pool and extended deck – giving owners and guests the feeling of a full-size villa.
The spectacularly planned Windsor Cay Resort Clubhouse is expected to be completed by fall 2025 and at that stage developer Pulte is expected to be well into phase 2 of the resort construction phase.
The clubhouse is expected to be very similar to the Aloha clubhouse at Windsor Island but with improved dining and entertainment features along with a lazy-river, water park, kids play park, tennis courts, miniature golf, hammock garden, Tiki bar, and lots of sun deck space.
